Gunderson Dettmer represented Nozomi Networks, the leader in OT, IoT and cyber‑physical system security, in its acquisition by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
Nozomi Networks protects the world’s critical infrastructure from cyber threats with a platform that uniquely combines network and endpoint visibility, threat detection, and AI-powered analysis to enable faster, more effective incident response. The transaction marks the start of a new phase of growth for Nozomi Networks while preserving the company’s independent operations, vendor‑neutral technology roadmap, and established go‑to‑market partnerships.
