Huihui has extensive experience providing legal service for institutional investors and strategic investors active in the Chinese and US markets, and represents a wide variety of emerging growth companies from consumer internet, telecommunications, media, entertainment technology, AI and education industries throughout their lifecycles.
Huihui received LL.B. and LL.M. from Beijing Foreign Studies University and LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Huihui is fluent in Mandarin and English.
