William specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.

William’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Prior to joining the firm, William interned at a global leader in sports, music, and entertainment, where he drafted and reviewed contracts and endorsement agreements for elite professional athletes and influencers. Additionally, he worked on investments involving an NFL team, as well as their corporate governance matters.
