Victor specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He works with technology and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, on equity financings, strategic transactions, and day-to-day corporate governance matters.

Before joining Gunderson Dettmer, Victor practiced as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York, where he gained experience advising on complex corporate transactions. He has also served as a legal intern and research fellow, supporting matters involving regulatory compliance, cybersecurity-related issues, and client-facing transactional work. Victor’s background as a writing instructor further informs his practical, detail-oriented approach to counseling clients.
