Utsav represents emerging growth companies on corporate transactions across various stages of a company’s growth, with a geographical focus on Southeast Asia and India. He also advises venture capital and growth equity funds that invest in the financing rounds of such companies.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Utsav practiced at a leading local law firm, where he advised clients on venture financing rounds, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters.

Utsav read law at the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded the Singapore Mediation Centre Prize.

Utsav is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and is admitted to practice law in Singapore.
