Stefania specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Her practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She represents technology and high-growth companies, as well as venture capital and growth equity investors, at all stages from formation through exit.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Stefania practiced at leading Brazilian and international law firms, advising on complex corporate, M&A, financings and commercial matters across industries such as energy and infrastructure. She brings international experience as an international attorney at a global law firm and advanced legal training in both Brazilian and U.S. law.
