Prior to joining the firm, Rodrigo practiced at a leading Brazilian law firm and a global professional services organization, where he advised multinational corporations, venture capital funds, private equity sponsors, and emerging growth companies on complex corporate and transactional matters. His experience includes venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, founder liquidity transactions, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Rodrigo has represented clients in the technology, software, fintech, proptech, edtech, telecommunications, infrastructure, and energy sectors, with significant experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions involving Latin American businesses.
