Nick specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises technology and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, on day-to-day corporate matters, fundraising activities, and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Nick was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP and gained additional legal experience as a summer associate and legal intern. Before law school, he worked in the financial services industry in roles focused on asset management, sales and trading, and real estate, giving him a strong foundation in finance and capital markets that informs his work with emerging companies and investors.
