He works with technology and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

Before joining Gunderson Dettmer, Miles was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. He also gained experience in the sports and entertainment industry, including roles with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, the Phoenix Suns, and Major League Soccer, which informs his work with clients at the intersection of technology, media, and sports.
