John represents bootstrapped and funded companies at all stages, from formation through exit. This includes working with founders on day-to-day corporate operations, equity financings, strategic transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. John also advises venture capital, growth equity, and private equity firms in connection with their investment activities.

Before practicing law, John obtained hands-on experience as a Certified Public Accountant at a Big Four accounting firm. John remains actively licensed by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.
