Jialing Ma is a legal consultant in the Beijing office. Jialing specializes in private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience providing legal service for institutional investors and strategic investors, and represents companies at various stages of development in industries including AI, biomedicine, new energy, media and education. Jialing also represented well-known companies and underwriters in offshore initial public offerings and public company acquisition transactions.

Jailing obtained her Master of Laws degree from Peking University School of Transnational Law and her LL.B. from Renmin University of China. She has passed PRC bar exams. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, she worked at top-tier PRC and U.S. law firms.
