Eric specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.

Eric’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Prior to joining Gunderson, Eric was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in San Francisco. He also taught middle school science for two years with Teach For America in El Cerrito, CA.
