Emily counsels funds in all stages of their fundraising and organization, including in preparing offering materials, negotiating with investors regarding fund formation matters, and drafting partnership, limited liability company and other governance agreements. After fundraising, she counsels fund managers on all aspects of day-to-day operations. Emily represents a number of leading venture capital firms and routinely advises first-time fund managers.
