Vambe Raises $14M Series A Led by Monashees
Gunderson Dettmer represented Chilean-based client Vambe, an AI conversational business-to-consumer commerce platform that automates sales operations and customer support, in its $14 million Series A financing. The round was led by Monashees with participation from Cathay Latam, Atlantico, Tekton Ventures, Chile Ventures, SkyDeck Berkeley, Nazca, and M13.
Vambe offers AI agents that autonomously manage the entire customer journey, from demand generation in digital ads to customer retention. The new capital will be used to develop a new “agent-to-agent recommendation ad engine” that will allow agents from different companies to collaborate on advertising campaigns.
In the announcement of the transaction, Vambe co-founder and Chief Executive Nicolás Camhi said, “Companies know they need this technology, but they don’t know how to implement it reliably. We solved this by building not just a technology platform but a complete solution that includes consulting, training, change management and continuous support.”
The Gunderson deal team was led by Dan Green and Daniel Gallo and included Felipe Hasenohr, Maria Jose Brinton and Matt Mort.
