Gunderson Dettmer Represents Jefferies, Leerink Partners, TD Cowen in $287.5 Million Arcus Biosciences Common Stock Offering

Gunderson Dettmer represented Jefferies, Leerink Partners, and TD Cowen as representatives of the underwriters in the common stock offering of Arcus Biosciences (NYSE:RCUS), a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing differentiated molecules and combinations for the treatment of cancer and immune diseases.

Arcus sold 16,428,572 shares of its common stock at a price of $17.50 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $287.5 million.

The Gunderson deal team included corporate partner Marcia Hatch, Public Companies/Public Offerings partners Jeffrey Vetter and Elena Vespoli and associates Daniel Reichert and Lydia Wang, and senior paralegal Scott Paraker.
