Course Hero Raises $70M+ Series B Extension

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Course Hero, an online learning platform, in its $70+ million Series B extension led by TPG, Goldman Sachs and GSV. This brings Course Hero’s valuation to greater than $1.1 billion.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Jared Grauer and included Ibrahim Elshamy and Amy Luong.
