Cenit Announces $1.8M Seed Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Cenit, a Chilean tax automation startup focused on freelancers and small businesses, in its $1.8 million seed financing led by Hi Ventures. 

Cenit offers a mobile platform that connects directly to tax authorities so users can monitor obligations and file in a few taps. With the new capital, the company aims to speed up product development and scale its presence across Mexico and Chile. 

The Gunderson deal team was led by Dan Green and Daniel Gallo and included Felipe Hasenohr and MJ Brinton.
