PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Empowering empathy
We’re always looking for ways to deepen our understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. Which is why our professional development initiatives include diversity and inclusion-related education such as microaggression training, unconscious bias workshops, and LGBTQIA+ cultural competency sessions. These opportunities equip our team with the skills to lead, manage, and communicate with empathy and equity, fostering better conversations and a more inclusive workplace culture.
