Christopher is a partner in our San Francisco office and a member of the Venture Capital and Growth Equity Fund Group
Christopher's practice focuses on forming and structuring venture capital and growth equity funds and their related general partner and management company entities, as well as all aspects of their day-to-day operations.
Christopher leverages his significant knowledge of current market practices and preferences and Gunderson’s representation of thousands of venture funds in the emerging company ecosystem to offer clients an edge in the fundraising process. He brings a practical stance in his interactions with limited partners and other stakeholders, ensuring that deals progress efficiently while protecting and advancing his clients’ interests.
Christopher also counsels clients on corporate governance matters, securities laws and regulations and other aspects of the regulatory framework applicable to the formation and operation of investment funds.
Christopher brings Gunderson’s industry-leading experience representing funds and high-growth companies in their financings, IPOs and M&A transactions to every engagement, including the firm’s proprietary knowledge and tools.
Christopher is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as an Executive Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. He also earned his undergraduate degree at USC.
