Alex specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Alex’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Alex represents a wide variety of technology companies, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms, and has a particular focus on disruptive technologies, consumer internet, software, crypto and web3 industries.
Prior to joining Gunderson, Alex was a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Austin. Alex also clerked for the Hon. Priscilla R. Owen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
