Travis has significant experience representing venture capital and private equity firms in equity financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as representing entrepreneurs and venture-backed companies on general corporate and commercial matters from formation through exit.

Travis joined the firm from Kirkland & Ellis where he was a partner in the San Francisco office.
