Shuyue Tan is an associate specialized in representing funds and startup companies in TMT on cross-border venture capital deals, IP compliance and general corporate matters.
Shuyue obtained her LL.M. from Law School of New York University and LL.B from China Foreign Affairs University, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Shuyue is fluent in Mandarin and English.
