Sherrie is a corporate and securities associate.
Sherrie specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout all stages of their lifecycle.
Sherrie’s practice encompasses general corporate counseling, venture and growth financings, fund portfolio investments, and exit planning. She also practices in the firm’s Public Offerings/Public Companies group, advising emerging companies on pre-IPO planning, initial and follow-on public offerings, and public company governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Sherrie practiced venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance in the Silicon Valley offices of Freshfields and Goodwin Procter. While in law school at Berkeley, she worked in business development for a venture-backed software start-up.
