Sherin is a corporate associate in our Singapore office.
Sherin represents emerging growth companies on corporate transactions throughout their life cycles, with a geographical focus on India. She also regularly acts for venture capital and growth equity funds that invest in financing rounds of such companies.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Sherin practiced at a top-tier Indian law firm, where she worked on private mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving private equity.
Sherin is fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam, and is admitted to practice law in India and the state of New York.
