Samantha is an intellectual property associate in our New York office.
Samantha specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology protection, licensing, and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets. Her practice focuses on transactional IP issues related to clients’ financing and M&A activities. Samantha is a member of the Copyright & Literary Property Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a Young Lawyer Fellow for the New York State Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section.
Prior to joining Gunderson, Samantha worked as a law clerk at the Federal Trade Commission and spent six years at Google Inc. working as a Contracts Manager in the legal department. Samantha has also published two recent articles on copyright law. Additionally, Samantha served as Director of Operations for the Mary J. Blige Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now, Inc. (FFAWN) and is a current member of the Resolution Leadership Council for The Resolution Project.
Samantha received her JD from New York University and her AB from Harvard University.
