Gunderson Dettmer client Susa Ventures, a six year old seed-stage venture firm based in San Francisco, recently raised $140 million for two new funds:  $90 million early-stage fund Susa Ventures III and a $50 million opportunity fund. The firm has invested in companies including Flexport, Robinhood, Expanse and Andela.

In the blog post announcing the new funds the firm said, “At Susa, we strive to be the most accessible and supportive early stage investor. As we look ahead, we’re excited to expand our capabilities with the launch of the Susa Experience, our platform of support for Susa companies. It has been an honor to work alongside some of the world’s most inspiring entrepreneurs, and we look forward to seeing their continued success.”
