Romica Singh Joins Gunderson Dettmer as Executive Compensation Partner

Gunderson Dettmer is pleased to announce that Romica Singh has joined the firm as a Partner in its New York office and a member of its Executive Compensation practice. Singh is a seasoned lawyer with broad experience in executive compensation, both in the transactional context and in day-to-day matters involving the design, disclosure and taxation of compensation and benefits arrangements.  She joins the firm from Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she was a Senior Attorney.

Singh has extensive experience working with public and private clients in the financial, media, energy and technology industries on both domestic and cross-border transactions. She has navigated compensation issues and negotiations in a number of high-profile and complex public company and private equity deals, as well as initial public offerings.

Singh also regularly advises on the structuring and implementation of equity and cash incentive compensation plans, and has substantial experience negotiating executive employment, retention, separation and change-in-control arrangements.

Singh is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 2005) and the University of Michigan (B.A., 2001).
