Gunderson Dettmer represented client Brightflow AI, a financial management and forecasting company, in the announcement of its $15 million Series A financing led by Haymaker Ventures. Brightflow’s financial intelligence platform provides small businesses to take control of their finances to make data-backed decisions with an emphasis on cash flow management, monitoring, and forecasting. The new capital will be used to enhance its platform, company growth and increase market reach.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and co-founder of Brightflow Robbie Bhathal said, "Brightflow AI is the trusted advisor small business owners can rely on.
