Gunderson Dettmer represented client Beehive AI, the first specialized AI platform dedicated to analyzing customer data, in its oversubscribed $5.1 million seed financing led by Valley Capital Partners. By analyzing unstructured, open-ended data, combined with quantitative data, Beehive AI helps major global enterprises extract new research with unprecedented accuracy, relevance, and scale. The new capital will be used to support rapid growth.

In the announcement of the transaction, Beehive AI CEO Shai Deljo said, "Recently, large language models like GPT-4 have made tremendous progress.
