Nevin is a corporate and securities partner in our Boston office. Nevin specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. He is broadly experienced in corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, periodic reporting and disclosure matters and a variety of M&A transaction structures.
Nevin represents a wide variety of technology and life science companies from consumer internet, AI, software, telecommunications, therapeutics, medical devices, biotech, fintech, and insurtech.
