Meron is a corporate and securities associate in our New York office.
Meron specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Her practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at White & Case.
Meron is published in a Columbia Law journal in Retaking Mecca: Healing Harlem through Restorative Just Compensation. In it she asserts that, in the gentrification of vulnerable communities, the current compensation scheme does not meet the constitutional standard of being “just” because it does not account for the dignitary harm imposed through dispossession in the name of “revitalization.”
