Laura is a partner in our Boston office.
Laura provides practical, strategic advice to high-growth technology companies and leading venture capital funds. Her practice includes representing entrepreneurs as they form and structure new businesses, counseling companies through rounds of equity and debt financing, and executing complex M&A, tender offer and secondary liquidity transactions. She has significant experience with a variety of M&A transaction structures and frequently advises clients in sell-side transactions to strategic buyers, including Oracle, Dassault Systèmes, BAE Systems, Hewlett Packard, Nielsen and others. Laura also advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters including board governance, administration of equity incentive plans, executive compensation and employment matters, and intellectual property matters.
Laura combines her high-growth company practice with a robust investor-side practice, where she represents venture capital, growth and private equity investors on investment transactions and portfolio company matters.
Laura is also a guest lecturer at Boston College Law School on issues related to startups and venture-backed companies.
