Kamna represents investors and emerging growth companies on equity financings and corporate transactions across various stages of a company’s growth, with a geographical focus on India.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Kamna practiced at a top-tier Indian law firm, where she focused on financial and strategic investments, private M&As, and general corporate matters.
Kamna graduated with a gold medal and First Class Honours from Gujarat National Law University.
Kamna is fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil, and is admitted to practice law in India.
