Jordan specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Jordan’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Jordan represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jordan was a private equity and mergers and acquisitions associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
