Jessica specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Jessica’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Jessica represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jessica was a mergers and acquisitions associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
