Jessica is a corporate and securities associate in our New York office.
Jessica specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. She is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters and venture capital financing transactions, as well as M&A transactions and initial public offerings.
Jessica represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Before attending business and law school, Jessica worked at Cinetic Media a strategic advisory company to the film and television industry in the areas of sales, financing, and analysis. Jessica is also a member of the Guggenheim's Young Collectors Council Acquisitions Committee.
