Jessica is an associate in the Licensing, Strategic Partnering and Commercial Transactions group.
Jessica specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology protection, and licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets. She is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters and venture capital financing transactions, focusing on transactional IP issues related to our clients’ financing and M&A activities.
Jessica represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Before attending business and law school, Jessica worked at Cinetic Media a strategic advisory company to the film and television industry in the areas of sales, financing, and analysis. Jessica is also a member of the Guggenheim's Young Collectors Council Acquisitions Committee.
