Jessica specializes in the representation of both public and private companies throughout their lifecycles.
Jessica’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Jessica represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. In engagements with public company clients, Jessica provides assistance with securities offerings, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, annual meeting preparation and other corporate governance and securities law matters. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jessica was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
