Jake specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles as well as venture capital and other private equity funds.
Jake's practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Jake represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries. Jake also works extensively with venture capital and other private equity funds in their investment activities in the US and internationally, including equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and secondary liquidity transactions.
