Greg is a corporate partner in our New York office.
Greg’s practice is focused on the representation of emerging growth companies as well as venture capital and other private equity funds.

His fund clients include many of the prominent venture capital funds based in New York and California as well as hedge funds active in the emerging company space. Greg’s experience includes leading investments into companies in nearly 20 jurisdictions worldwide.
