Lizzy is an associate in the Strategic Transactions and Licensing group whose practice centers on complex commercial arrangements for a wide variety of early-stage and growth-stage companies in the artificial intelligence, machine learning, software, life sciences, and fintech industries. She represents these companies in negotiations of SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, NDAs, SLAs, DPAs, and other strategic alliances and IP-heavy collaborations, and advises companies and leading venture capital firms on technology, intellectual property, commercial and privacy aspects of venture financings and acquisitions.
