Avi is a Practice Innovation Attorney for the firm’s employment & labor practice. In this role, Avi focuses on optimizing client value, driving technology innovation, and supporting the needs of start-up and emerging growth companies.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Avi was the Knowledge Management Attorney for the litigation practice group at a national labor and employment law firm. 

Avi also has extensive experience as a practicing attorney. Avi previously worked as a litigation and employment associate at two national law firms, and served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
