Abby is an experienced fund associate in our Boston office.
Abby advises venture capital and growth equity firms across all aspects of their business, including fund formation, fund structuring, governance, operational matters, and regulatory compliance.
As fund counsel, Abby manages the full legal lifecycle of a fundraise; from initial structuring and preparation of offering and governing documents through negotiations with prospective investors and the efficient execution of fund closings. She provides practical, business-minded advice informed by a deep understanding of the legal and commercial considerations facing private fund sponsors.
Abby represents a broad range of clients, from emerging managers launching first-time funds to established, industry-leading venture capital firms. Abby’s practice is focused exclusively on private fund sponsors, and she values building long-term partnerships that help clients achieve their fundraising and strategic objectives.
Abby earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, her Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Policy from Providence College. Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children where they reside on the South Shore of Boston.
