Gunderson Dettmer advises Science 37 in Series B financing

Gunderson Dettmer served as lead counsel to Science 37 in a $31 million series B round led by Redmile Group, with participation from Lux Capital, dRx Capital, and Sanofi-Genzyme BioVentures.

Corporate partner Ross Burningham led the Gunderson Dettmer deal team along with associates Cody Peterson and Celaena Powder.

Science 37 is a mobile technology and clinical trials company based in Los Angeles with a focus on developing networked patient-centric models for clinical research.
