Olga Zolotnik Named 2026 Venture Capital Journal 40 Under 40 Rising Star

Los Angeles partner Olga Zolotnik has been recognized as one of Venture Capital Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40 Rising Stars, underscoring her leadership in the venture ecosystem. This recognition reaffirms Olga’s commitment to equipping venture fund managers with the tools they need to support companies at every stage of growth.

Olga focuses her practice on the formation, organization, and operation of venture capital funds and related management entities, advising managers on everything from offering materials and investor negotiations to ongoing operational and regulatory questions. In 2025, she developed and hosted the three-part Emerging Fund Managers series, which provides practical guidance to new managers building new funds.
