MiSalud Announces New Financing Bringing Total Investment to $18.3M

Gunderson Dettmer represented client MiSalud Health, a bilingual Spanish and English AI-powered health platform, in its new financing led by IGNIA Partners, bringing the company’s total investment to $18.3 million.

The funding will enable MiSalud to expand to 20 new states and introduce additional services typically only offered in person, bringing the company closer to its vision of healthcare that works for every worker, regardless of employment status, insurance coverage or language.

In the announcement of the transaction, MiSalud Health Co-founder and CEO Bismarck Lepe “MiSalud Health operates at the intersection of culture, health, and AI. With IGNIA's investment, we will scale across North America to make healthcare accessible and affordable for the communities who have and are being left behind by traditional healthcare.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Trevor Knapp and Daniel Gallo and included Felipe Hasenohr, Adriana Alvarado and Linh Trinh.
