Lightspeed India Partners Leads Level3AI’s $13 Million Seed Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented Lightspeed India Partners as the lead investor in the $13 million seed financing of Level3AI, a Singapore-based company startup building enterprise-grade AI agents that manage end-to-end customer engagement. BEENEXT, 500 Global, Sovereign’s Capital, and Goodwater Capital also participated in the round.

The new capital will support Level3AI’s research and development and accelerate its market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.

In a Deal Street Asia article profiling the transaction, Lightspeed partner Pinn Lawjindakul said the firm was drawn to Level3AI’s ability to deliver consistent, human-level customer interactions at scale “We believe the company is well-positioned to transform customer engagement for enterprises across Asia-Pacific,” she added.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Jonathan Pentzien and included Kamna Kumar.
