Gunderson Dettmer Represents Alma in Acquisition by Spring Health
Gunderson Dettmer represented Alma, a platform that helps independent mental health clinicians accept insurance and build private practices, in its acquisition by Spring Health, a leading global mental health platform for employers and health plans.
The acquisition unites two category leaders to address the most persistent challenges in mental health. Spring Health's best-in-class technology and proven specialty care capabilities, along with Alma's national health plan relationships and robust provider infrastructure, will deepen the value delivered for the entire mental health care ecosystem.
