Gunderson Dettmer Advises 3 E Network Technology Group Limited on $7.4M Convertible Notes and Warrant Offering
Gunderson Dettmer advised 3 E Network Technology Group Limited in its offering of up to $7.4 million aggregate principal amount of senior convertible notes to be issued in three tranches and accompanying warrants in a private placement to an institutional investor. The warrants will allow the investor to purchase Class A ordinary shares equal to 40% of the maximum principal amount of the first tranche, based on the volume weighted average price before the initial closing date.
3 E Network, which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “MASK,” is the a business-to-business (B2B) information technology business solutions provider.
The Gunderson deal team was led by Beijing corporate partner Richard Chang and included associates Shuyue Tan and Lily Wang.
