Gallabox Raises $3.5M Series Seed Financing
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Gallabox, a no-code end-to-end platform for WhatsApp automation, in its $3.5 million Series Seed financing led by FUSE with participation from existing investors Prime Venture Partners and Neon Fund. Founded in 2021, Gallabox has served over 10,000 businesses in 45 countries. The new capital be used to enhance Gallbox’s product capabilities and expand geographically.
In the announcement of the transaction, Gallabox CEO and Co-founder Karthik Jagannathan, said, “The shift to B2C messaging is undeniable, but most businesses lack the tools to capitalize on it.
