Fast Group Leads $30M Series B Financing of Great Deals E-Commerce

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Fast Group as it led the $30 million Series B financing of Great Deals E-Commerce, a provider of e-commerce services catering to multi-national brands. The financing is one of the largest venture rounds raised by a Philippines company this year.

In the announcement of the transaction, president and CEO of Fast Group William Chiongbian II said, “The Fast Group sees a lot of synergies with Great Deals in building capacity. We are privileged to contribute to the growth of Philippine e-commerce, as it relies heavily on a strong supply chain backbone.”
